Exposing Plans of Fake Hausa Activists & Ba-Zata Mischief Mongers to Cause Confusion and Discord in Northern Nigeria (1)

Introduction:
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. May the peace and blessings of Allah be continuously upon the best of creation, Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Thereafter, I have resolved to present some commentary on the issue titled above, concerning an effort I have observed by certain mischief mongers who are persistently striving to create some form of discord and confusion within the Northern Nigerian society.
The main reason why I decided to express my views on this matter is because of certain signs I have noticed among some of those who are eager to form a group that claims to be for the protection or exclusive interest of the Hausa people alone. The signs I have observed show a sharp contradiction, sitting in impurity.
In this article, by the will of Allah, I will try to bring forward observations and explanations in order to set the record straight. There is a strong allegation that members of the Ba-Zata group are the ones who have planned and launched this scheme in order to sabotage peace and security among the people of the North. Therefore, we shall raise questions such as: Who exactly are the Ba-Zata people? In this era, who are the “pure Hausa” that are so distinct to form an association in Nigeria? And today, in this 21st century, who is truly a “pure Hausa” person, and how can one be identified or qualified to belong to this so-called popular group? Also, who are the leaders of this group, and under whose sponsorship do they run their activities, especially in terms of funding and other logistics?
Another noteworthy point is that you never see these people physically and openly spreading this claim of theirs. Rather, they operate mainly on modern communication platforms. You find them especially on Facebook, using various names which, once you look at them, you can clearly tell are not real identities. These names are deliberately created for a particular purpose, and that purpose is not a good one.
There are several observable patterns in the activities of these people on social media that raise suspicion in the minds of thoughtful and perceptive individuals. Such patterns include their use of fake names, their attempts to create discrimination and hostility between Hausa and Fulani, their constant anger and provocative speech, their insults and curses against Islamic scholars, both living and dead, and their open display of hatred towards the Fulani ethnic group as a whole.
In order to make this article easier to read, follow, and reflect upon with calmness, seriousness, and understanding, I will be presenting it in parts. I humbly ask for patience, tolerance, and perseverance from the readers.
