The Dagaci (Ward Head) of Tumbu, Madalla, Suleja Emirate, Niger State, Malam Ibrahim Babangida has turbaned Bilyaminu Abubakar as Sarkin Gabas of Tumbu and 12 others into various traditional titles. The ceremony took place by 2:00PM, on Saturday, 02-04-1446 (Hijriyya), 05-10-2024 at his palace.
