Ahmed Musa is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles.

He was born on October 14, 1992, in Jos, Nigeria.

Musa started his football career at the local club GBS Football Academy before moving to Kano Pillars in 2008. His impressive performances for Kano Pillars earned him a move to VVV-Venlo in the Netherlands in 2010.

In the 2011/2012 seasons, Musa was a standout player for VVV-Venlo, scoring 11 goals in 37 appearances. His performances caught the attention of Russian club CSKA Moscow, who signed him in January 2012.

Musa’s time at CSKA Moscow was highly successful, winning multiple domestic titles including four Russian Premier League titles. He scored 42 goals in 125 appearances for the club. Musa also had a brief spell at English Premier League club Leicester City in 2016, where he scored five goals in 33 appearances.

Internationally, Musa made his debut for the Super Eagles in 2010. He has represented Nigeria at several tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup in 2014 and 2018. Musa became the first Nigerian player to score twice in a World Cup match when he netted a brace against Argentina in the 2014 edition.

Known for his speed, agility, and technical ability, Musa is a versatile forward who can play in various positions across the frontline. His pace and ability to break through defensive lines make him a dangerous threat on the counter-attack.

Off the field, Musa is involved in several charitable activities and has been praised for his philanthropy in Nigeria. He has supported various causes, including education and healthcare initiatives.

Ahmed Musa had a good time at Al-Nassr Football Club in Saudi Arabia. Al-Nassr is a prominent football club based in Riyadh, the capital city of Saudi Arabia. The club was established in 1955 and has since become one of the most successful and popular football teams in the country.

Al-Nassr has a rich history, having won numerous domestic championships and competitions. They have claimed the Saudi Professional League title eight times, most recently in the 2020-2021 season. The club has also won the Saudi King’s Cup six times and the Crown Prince Cup four times.

The team plays its home matches at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, which has a seating capacity of around 22,500 spectators. Al-Nassr is known for its passionate fanbase and fierce rivalries with other Saudi Arabian clubs, particularly Al-Hilal FC.

Ahmed Musa joined Al-Nassr in August 2018, signing a four-year contract. Prior to his move to Saudi Arabia, Musa achieved prominence playing for the Nigerian national team and various European clubs including VVV-Venlo, CSKA Moscow, Leicester City, and Alanyaspor.

During his time with Al-Nassr, Musa has contributed significantly to the team’s success, scoring crucial goals and providing creative play on the field. His performances have helped the club maintain its competitive edge in both domestic and continental competitions.

Musa’s presence in Al-Nassr has brought considerable attention to the club and has contributed to its reputation as a major force in Saudi Arabian football.
