Dr. Aminu Waziri Steps Forward

As the 2027 election season draws nearer, politicians with ambitions to contest are beginning to organize and strategize, while also presenting themselves to the public. In the Malumfashi and Kafur Local Government Areas of Katsina State, one of the politicians aspiring to contest for a seat in the Federal House of Representatives under the APC is the Wazirin Dokar Katsina and Turakin Malumfashi, Dr. Aminu Garba Waziri.
Dr. Waziri has already concluded arrangements for his Campaign Committee and has begun visits and tours to meet community leaders across Malumfashi and Kafur. Yesterday being Saturday, the entourage of Dr. Aminu Waziri’s Campaign Committee visited the Chairman of Malumfashi Local Government, Alhaji Mukhtar Abdullahi City, where they received a warm reception and goodwill.
Who is Dr. Aminu Waziri?
Dr. Aminu is one of the committed and community-spirited individuals with whom Malumfashi has been blessed. He was born in Malumfashi town, Malumfashi Local Government Area, on April 19, 1972.
Without doubt, judging by his background, he is a person who places nothing ahead of ensuring the well-being and dignity of himself, his family and the wider community.
He is a hardworking individual who places great value on education. This explains his strong dedication to learning and intellectual development. He currently holds a doctoral degree and is on the path to becoming a professor. He is a renowned expert in Quentity Surveying, a university lecturer, a politician and a businessman. At present, he heads a Surveying, Property and Valueing firm, AG Waziri & Co.
In the political sphere, Dr. Aminu has served as Secretary of Malumfashi Local Government. He has also been Chairman of Malumfashi Local Government. He served as a Special Assistant to the Speaker of the National Assembly. He has held the position of Permanent Secretary in Katsina State, and also served as the Executive Secretary of the Katsina State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA). He is also a polo player.
In terms of character, Dr. Aminu Waziri is widely regarded as a humble, sociable and compassionate individual who supports those in need. Anyone who has interacted with him would rarely mention any flaw, aside from the natural imperfections inherent in every human being.
