Hajia Amina Donates Mosque Building to Muslim Community

A generous, philanthropic lady, Hajia Amina Yusuf Isah has single handedly constructed and donated a mosque for the sake of Allah to Gbedgyedna Musulm Community (Unguwar Ɗanladi), Tafa Local Government Area, Niger State.
The mosque estimated to have worth more than ten million Naira (N10m) was handed over to the Muslim Community in a mini ceremony, in the morning of Friday 8th March, 2024.
During the historical event, the deputy imam of the mosque, Malam Adamu has explained the virtues and rewards due for anyone that builds mosque for the sake of Allah. He therefore praised the effort of Hajia Amina and pray Allah to reward her abundantly.
He also calls on Muslims, especially the well to do in the society to emulate the meritorious work undertaken by Hajia Amina and give out their wealth for the sake of Allah.
In the same vain, Malam Bashir Yahuza Malumfashi, the Chairman Gbedgyedna Musulm Community (Unguwar Ɗanladi) while delivering appreciation to the donor, he showered encomiums, commending her efforts in building the mosque for the community.
He described the generosity of Hajia as examplery, also a sadaqatul jariya (alms that has timeless rewards till eternity). As he said, “this type of alm comes just from special people chosen by Allah. It’s a blessing given to very privileged few like Hajia Amina, specially chosen by Allah.”
While delivering an appreciation letter to the donor, the Chairman of the community says: “We, the entire Gbedgyedna Musulm Community (Unguwar Ɗanladi) wish to show our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to you.
“This is for your commendable, excellent virtue and generosity – the building/construction of a very beautiful edifice (mosque) you’ve undertaken for the sake of Allah to the community.”
Malam Bashir concluded his speech with a prayer, asking Allah to reward the donor with Aljannatul Firdausi.
“May Allah accept and reward you abundantly. May He in His Infinite Mercy replenish your entire wealth, give you increase in manifold, in this world, offer you His Grace; Mercy and make your final abode in Aljannatul Firdausi in the hereafter.” The Chairman concluded.
In his remarks, the Ward Head of Gbedgyedna Community (Unguwar Ɗanladi), Malam Musa Bala Chikuri commended and appreciated the effort of the donor. He also calls on wealthy individuals to come to the aid of his community by undertaking similar projects for the benefits of the people.
While responding in a short remark, the donor Hajia Amina Yusuf Isah shows her gratitude to Allah for giving her the opportunity to undertake the project. She said with the help of Allah, she makes it a hobby as she donated similar projects in many places for the sake of Allah.
She also made a request to the Ward Head for the structure to be given a higher status and convert it to Jumu’at mosque in a near future. “I will continue to donate in my capacity with what Allah gives me in upgrading the mosque to be fitting for Jumu’at prayer, in sha Allah.”
The event attracted many members of the community. Some of the entourage that came with the donor included the representative of her husband, in the person of Alhaji Yusuf, women friends and relations.
